Crafty World Camp:
For ages 5-8
A fun and creative week full of theme projects to teach and learn through art making. A broad range of techniques and materials are used in exciting and creative ways in each hands on art session. Story time, sharing, games and friendship development are all part of the daily routines. Lots of choice with a different theme each session and a flexible registration schedule.
Mon to Fri ~ 1/2 days $21, full days $38, ½ weeks $80 or full week $160 EC $6/day
Mon 9-12: Scooby & Shaggy’s UFO Crime Busters! Make ID, Badges & UFO Kits
Get a little cartoony with this Unidentified Freaky Object mystery day. Make your Crime buster badges, ID, UFO kit and solve the classroom mystery :)
Mon 1-4: Who Am I Art: Portraits, Totems & Mystery People
Work with skin toned head cut-outs, fun foam animal finger totems, and play a mystery game!
Tues 9-12: Zoo Day: Cheetahs, Penguins & Tigers (morning)
Visit Cheetah, Penguins and Tigers…but first learn to draw, paint and shape them
Tues 1-4: Zoo Day: Gazelles, Lions, Snakes (afternoon)
Visit Gazelles, Lions and snakes…but first learn to draw, paint and shape them
Wed 9-12: Ships Ahoy: Metal smith a clipper ship, paint the Blue Nose
Metal smith a clipper ship with tools and soft metal, then find the pirates buried treasure & Paint the famous Blue Nose sailing in high seas
Wed 1-4: Go Green! Decoupage Treasure Boxes & TP the Bunny!
Enviro-artists- Decoupage a treasure box & make T.P. the Eco-Bunny
Thurs 9-12: My Bean Bag Buddy- Create this crafty pal to use in games & stories
Create a fun bean-bag character and use it for games & stage time stories.
Thurs 1-4: Crazy Crafty Bird Puppets: Create a new species!
Crazy Crafty Bird Puppets! Make them sing to your tune with your own creative new species (draw& craft)
Fri 9-12: A Bugs Life! Army Ants, Lady Bugs and Dragon Flies come alive!
Help them come to life in this funny bug creativity day. Cartoon, craft, and sculpt in Plasticine.
Fri 1-4: Lucky Charms Beaded Art, Weaving Wonders and a treasure Hunt!

Arts & Crafts Camp:
For ages 8-14
This program is designed for art and craft fun with the flexibility of scheduling your week around other activities. Every day offers 2 different sessions of thematic art and crafts. The exploration of ideas and creativity based on a theme gives students a chance to see how many ways an idea can be developed. Tools, materials and techniques of a broad range will be explored through-out the week. Come join the artistic fun!

Use decorative papers with world cultural patterns to design fridge magnets people& collage frames.
Thurs 9-12: A Metal smith’s Workshop~ tool relief images for antiqued frames
Tool soft metal to create relief images& insiced drawings with beautiful frames.
Thurs 1-4: Ratatouille’s Cooking Network- Create your miniature Chef & Menu
Create this gourmet T.V. station set design and miniature chef! Imagine what you might cook up in this class!
Fri 9-12: Hidden Identity ~ Decorative Wall Masks
Masks that explore your creative side - make it a modern self portrait or an ancient ceremonial mask!
Fri 1-4: A Slice of Life : Draw, Paint & Sculpt your own mini modern art show!
A Slice of Life:Draw, Paint, Sculpt! Learn the art skills artist know & use to make a mini gallery with drawings, paitings & sculptures for display.Camp Informtion & Registration Details:

We hope to accommodate all our students schedules and needs by offering both full week camps & some of our ½ week programming; meaning a ½ day of mornings only (AM) or afternoons only (PM), each day of the week.
Please Note: ART IS MESSY! Please do not send children in good clothes as many materials stain.
A Supervised Lunch Hour is provided for full day students that bring their NUT-FREE lunches & snacks.
